Car seat office chair conversion

The following conversion was performed to an Mazda MX-3 seat which was acquired from a local junkyard for $ 18.
Ok so take the 16mm bolt off that holds the seat belt on.
Then remove the 4 track bolts they are 12mm, slide the tracks all the way back get the fronts out and slide tracks forward and get the back 2.
Ok so now get an old computer base with the bottom plate still on it it will still be a fully functional seat base that will tilt and go up and down! And roll.
Ok now make some brackets one side is higher than the other so a post will be required on one side, I eyeballed it but I think the square stock was the perfect leveling height, and the lug nut seemed to be classy and the right height for the front.
Yes that is a lug nut on the right front bracket in this pic. Finished and steam cleaned more pics later after it dries, yes I’m sitting in a wet chair with towels on it!
And that is all there is to it, make sure if you smell fire while welding that you stop welding and put it OUT ASAP. And grind the paint off both surfaces to be welded to make welding strong and smoother.
