This guide applies to 2nd gen Escort, GT, and Tracer 1993-1996 (slight modification is needed to fit 1991-1992 models).

Parts & Needed:

• Clear corner lens.
• Amber Bulb (may be needed).
• #2 Phillips Head screw driver and you many need a small Torx Head Screw driver (not common but is found).

Cautions:

• You may have little difficulty pulling the stock lens out but with little force the will come out.
• On the 1991-1992 Escort/Tracer modification to the Clear Corner Socket hole will be needed for the Bulb socket to fit in.
• Clear corner lenses may not be legal in some states, checking local laws is advised.

Procedure

1. There are 2 Screws and a clip holding the lens in.

   

2. First remove the top screw.

   

3. Then remove the side screw (sould be a long screw).

   

4. Pull the lens out off the clip (the lens clips into the fender).

   

5. Remove the socket.

   

6. Install the socket into new lens.

   

7. Clip the lens back into the fender.

   

8. Install the side Screw.

   

9. Then the top screw.
