1. Loosen the screw clamp attaching the clean air hose to the air box.
2. Loosen the screw clamp attaching the clean air hose to the throttle body.
3. Remove the clean air hose from throttle body, airbox, and small hose attached to the clean air hose.
4. Remove the throttle cable from throttle cable seat.
5. Remove the speed control cable from the throttle cable seat.
6. Remove the transmission kickdown cable.
7. Remove the throttle position sensor lead.
8. Remove the sensor from the IAC (idle air control) motor.
9. Remove the throttle body fastening bolts (on top of TB).
10. Remove the fastening bolts (2) from bracket.
11. Remove the vapor reclamation hose from throttle body.
12. Attempt to remove the throttle body.
13. If the throttle body does not move, use rubber mallet to loosen.

Installation is in reverse order.
