If the vehicle comes equipped with cruise control, the driver's side fog lamp can become a real hassle. Performing this is a good time to also obtain 886 bulbs for the replacements as they are double the wattage and noticeably brighter. This is safe, considering that the fuse is rated for 10 amps

Passenger side

1. On the passenger side, look under the car behind the fascia and you can see where the fog lamp housing has a bolt going through the metal part of the car.
2. Remove the 13 mm nut on the back.
3. Unbolting it will allow the housing to slip out through the front of the fascia. Be careful with the wires, there is a clip that holds them to the lamp housing.
4. Twist the bulb 1/4 turn and slide it out.
5. Install new bulb, being careful not to touch it with your fingers or any oily rags. If you do accidentally touch the bulb, clean it with rubbing alcohol. otherwise the bulb's lifespan will be reduced dramatically.
6. Twist bulb 1/4 turn to lock it in the housing, pass the housing back through the fascia, and bolt it back on.
7. Try to keep it centered left to right int he hole, but you will most likely need to re-aim the fog lights after removing them to avoid blinding other driver.s

Driver side

Using a 13 mm open wrench is the easiest way to do this on the driver side. If the vehicle is not equipped with cruise control then this may be as easy as the passenger side. Otherwise, there is a vacuum resevoir in the way. It should be possible to fit an open end wrench between the front edge of the reservoir (which looks like a box) and the frame member and loosen the bolt that way.

Once you have the housing removed, take a look at the bolt on it. It's held to the housing with a clip nut. Carefully pry it open a little then turn the bolt to remove it, this helps with reinstallation. Then you can screw on the clip so it won't fall out. Now the main 13mm nut goes on the front and you can easily reach it. Next time removing the fog lamp will be easy.
