Required parts 18 gauge twin-wire. 2x GM style side light sockets. 2x #158 bulbs.

1. Locate the green relay in the fuse panel at the left hand side of the dash.
2. Remove it and "connect" one wire to Terminal #2, and the other wire to Terminal #4.
3. Re-install the relay.
4. Mount the two lights under the dash.
5. As they weigh nothing, zip ties are excellent for this installation.
6. Connect the lights to the twin-wire you ran from the relay and zip tie your wiring.

This gives you full control of the lamps. This procedure is considerably easier than trying to access the dome light wiring. This cheap solution ($8.00) looks nice and certainly increase the interior lighting level.
